Help Language Program, Inc. is the mother of Sparta course. Why Sparta? Because learning English is not easy, you must concentrate a lot on your studies and "laziness" will always be your main enemy. Laziness is also the reason why you can't speak English fluently.
Those rules in Help Martin force you to learn English without a choice, and you can't find any excuse to be absent in your classes and tests. Even when you're sick, it will still be deducted from your learning scores. It sounds unreasonable, but it will truely make you attend all the classes and take care of yourself carefully.
Further, if you disobey one of the rules, you'll have pentalty, not only the school will minus points on your scores, but also you'll be fined. Although the rules here are annoying, all of them forced you to reach your goal. Instead of choosing convenient place to study, I opted for a long distance travel to get to a school where I could focus on my TOEFL test.
